Trauma‑Informed Massage is a focused training that teaches therapists how to create a safe, supportive environment for clients affected by trauma by using gentle techniques, clear communication, and client‑centered principles. Participants learn how to recognize trauma responses, adapt their touch to avoid overwhelm, maintain ethical boundaries, and integrate trauma‑aware practices into any massage session. About the course

By the end of the Trauma‑Informed Massage class, students will be able to safely and confidently integrate trauma‑informed principles into their massage practice by creating a supportive, choice‑based environment, applying gentle and client‑centered techniques, recognizing and responding appropriately to signs of trauma activation, maintaining ethical boundaries and documentation, and developing a long‑term framework that supports both client well‑being and therapist self‑regulation.
